ALL UPLOADED VIDEOS HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR BEFORE THEY ARE POSTED ON THE SITE.

1. REGISTERING: When you register for this site, you are to use a valid email address. New accounts have to be approved before joining, posting comments, and uploading videos. You are not to use any username or email address that is derogatory and or obscene. We have the right to remove your account at any time, if you are to violate any of these rules and terms of service.

2. UPLOADING: You are liable for any and all material that you upload to the site. You understand and agree that we are not accountable for any materials that you post. If you upload material without permission from copyright owners, websites, etc, you are doing so at your own risk. It is recommended and advised that permission is asked for useage of material to avoid any legal trouble or confrontations. We have the right to remove any material that has been uploaded at any time.

3. PASSWORDS: You are responsible for your own passwords and accounts on this site. We have a right to access your account at any time if legally requested to do so. You are not to give out your passwords to anyone to access the site. Your account and password is for your own personal use. It is advised that you keep your password and account information handy at all times. We do not have record of your password, so if you lose it, we cannot retrieve it for you.

4. COMMENTS: You are not at any time allowed to post comments that are to defame Mandy Moore, other members, websites, companies, etc. You are not allowed to post any comments that are derogatory, abusive, in a harassing nature, racial, or threatening. Comments of that nature will be removed and members will be banned from the system. There is no reason at all for such behavior and it is not allowed on the site.

5.MEMBERS: Each member who registers are allowed to set up their own accounts, and have their own friends list on the account. At no time are any members allowed to harass or threaten other members. This site is intended to be fun. Those who act in a cruel nature to other members, will have their account closed and will be banned from the site.If you have a problem with a member, contact them directly.

6.ALLOWED MEDIA: Most video and music related media that is posted on this site is already copywritten. Although no infringement is intended, copywritten material can be removed at any time upon request. Please read the following media that is allowed and not allowed to be posted to the site:

• You are not allowed to post any video or music related material that does not relate to the subject of the site which is Mandy Moore.
• Audio is allowed ONLY if it is radio related interviews or concerts. No music from her CD's as that is material that is to be paid for and heard, not downloaded and shared.
• No video or music material is to be posted that is of a derogatory nature.
• Custom videos ARE allowed. Which means, if you desire to make your own videos relating to Mandy Moore, that are allowed to be uploaded to the site. As long as they do not defame Mandy Moore's character in any way, or the character of anyone else. Custom videos are not to subject to any profanity, adult content, or violence.
• No adult related content, advertisment of other companies, sites, persons, etc. No uploading material that is spyware, spam or virus related. All files are checked and will be approved before they are allowed on the site.
• Out of respect for Mandy's privacy, no paparazzi related content is allowed. No videos of Mandy walking to her car, out and about, being hounded by paparazzi. To us, the paparazzi are shady people who have no respect for others, therefore their material is not allowed to be uploaded to the site.

7. WHO TO CONTACT: If you find at any time, members abusing this service, you can send us an email at webmaster@mooreofmandy.com. You can email us with any comments, suggestions, and requests. You can also contact us if you have any complaints about members, or questions regarding the site, and the materials. If at any time you are unsure about material you are posting, and you want to know if it is allowed, you can send an email and we can advise you on if your material is ok to upload or not.

8. CREDITS: Videos are embedded, so you CAN post them on bulletin and blogs. Outside of the embedding, videos are not to be removed from the site without permission. If you are to use any video from this site, please ask for permission before doing so and give us credit for the videos you use. If you are to upload videos from any other websites, blogs, network television shows, even people's Mandy Moore videos from youtube, ASK for their permission FIRST before uploading them. We are very respectful of materials that belong to others. It is your responsibility, as a member that if you desire to upload video, to ask for permission before doing so. It is a considerate thing to do, and it shows the sites, and people that you are using the materials from, that you show them respect. : ) We acknowledge that the videos we post here, do not legally belong to Mandyvideo.com, but, will be removed at any time at the request of the copyright holder.
